Why can I see myself in the directory?

By default all users who are part of an organisation are normally visible in the directory. If you don't think you should be there, you can reach out to your organisation admin or our support team.

Why do I need to sign up with my personal email address?

Your Ryalto account belongs to you. You can be part of multiple organisations on the app, and you can switch between them with a couple of taps. This means you can use the same account for your main workplace and if you work or volunteer for another organisation which uses Ryalto. If you leave jobs, your organisations will change but your Ryalto account will stay the same.

You can switch between organisations by clicking on your current organisation name in the top left of the web app, or from the organisation settings page in the mobile app. You will see a list of organisations you are part of. Just tap on the organisation you want to switch to.
